This is a table<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I only show an image of a table, for two reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Do not know what a well known picture of entity is (outside of ERD)<\/li>
  • Dynamics 365 CE \/ Dataverse has said Goodbye to entities<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    I really did not know why, and this disturbed me for a while. I kept referring entities as entities initially. Slowly or very slowly as my colleagues in vlogs started to only reference the terminology of table, so did I. It was like waking up one morning and I forgot about entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Recently I have started to work with Dual-Write and FnO, and I have become re-acquainted with the terminology ‘Entity’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Here’s the kicker, it has a different meaning. Basically, it is a collection of tables. Even though I like using the term ‘Entity’ again, it feels like the users of Dynamics 365 CE \/ Dataverse had to sacrifice these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
