Auto-Generate from Booking Timestamp \u2013 The system generates them from the booking timestamps.
(Booking timestamps \u2013 every time a change booking from scheduled to travelling to in progress,
it logs that timestamp into the system (once synced).\u00a0

‘Auto-Generate from Booking Timestamp’ does not preclude you from entering manual entries.

Actuals \u2013 do we want to do it when the work order is ‘Closed – Posted’ or when a manager approves the time entry?

The customer may wait until ‘Closed – Posted’ to ensure that all work done meets their contractual requirements.
They don\u2019t want to approve at any time until that is done.

Companies performing time and materials (T&M) want to approve the time as it is being incurred. They manage it on a first-in, first-out basis.
