This can be be performed manually or as a automatically using a &#8216;Power Automate&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Step 2: Add the Skill to Field Worker (Bookable Resource)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On completing the site induction, the &#8216;Site Induction&#8217; skill should be added the &#8216;Field Worker&#8217;.<br>Please note that &#8216;Site Induction&#8217; may have a expiry date. For example the induction may need to be repeated in 12 or 18 months. (This feature was suggested by a colleague &#8211; I have not got his permission as yet, to name him).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Step 3: Site Induction should be include on Characteristic for Work Order Or Incident Type <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For all work orders at client premise the &#8216;Site Induction&#8217; should be included as a characteristic.
