In the last week I had a couple of colleagues ask for assistance. Although very different issues the culprit was the same.

Issue 1 – Delete a Business Process Flow

The colleague required a BPF to be deleted. Even though it showed no dependencies, the BPF could not be deleted with error message advising of dependencies.

Issue 2 – The incorrect view was displayed in the Subgrid

The colleague connected the subgrid to the correct view. However, when going to the tab, where
the subgrid is placed – a different view was defaulted.

Both issues are resolved in the App Designer.

Issue 1- delete the BPF from the app designer.

Issue 2- add the correct view to the app designer.
