MB240 Field Service Study Notes – PURCHASE ORDERS & INVENTORY

I’m preparing for my Dynamics 365 Field Service (MB240) certification, and as part of my journey, I’m creating blog posts that reflect my study notes and revision. I hope that these posts will serve as a helpful resource for anyone else working toward the same goal.

Based on past exam patterns, Microsoft frequently includes questions that require selecting multiple correct answers and organizing them into a specific sequence. These types of questions assess both knowledge and the ability to logically structure information. Therefore, candidates should be prepared to both identify the correct options and arrange them in the required order.

In this study note, we identify a product that has an inventory requirement. Include steps with regard to purchasing new products.
