The functionality has been built for PO (previously PSA), it would be beneficial to be included in FS to compare role required to complete a work order role with resource role when a dispatcher schedules a booking. Yes, you may say this is done by matching the skills, however ability to match roles would be very helpful. I see it as an easier way to match in multiple scenarios.
I have created a suggestion on the Field Service site. If so inclined, please vote it up.
Final note: remember not to look for role prices in FS, but rather use price list items.
