Based on past exam patterns, Microsoft frequently includes questions that require selecting multiple correct answers and organizing them into a specific sequence. These types of questions assess both knowledge and the ability to logically structure information. Therefore, candidates should be prepared to both identify the correct options and arrange them in the required order
In this study note, we identify discuss Trades.
We can associate Trades to
Incident Types, Accounts and Functional Locations
Components
Trades Tables and Trade Coverage Table (M:N relationships)
Trade Coverage has following columns: Type, Trade, Account and Functional Location (see image below)

Enabling Trades
– In Settings => General => Field Services Settings => Features
– Enable Trades
– Enable Trade Coverage
Once enabled then will find Trade and Trade Coverage navigation under General
Incident Type
– A Trade Lookup column exists on the Incident Type table
– Add it to the the General table using Power Apps
-This field can be used to assign an Trade to the Incident Type
Account
– There now will be a Trade Coverage Tab on the Account form
– use this to assign 1 or more Trade Coverage to the Account
– If no Trade Coverage include then all trades will be available for that Account
– Trade Coverage can be of the type ‘Exclusion’ or ‘Coverage’

Validations
– When new work order is created
– A notification is shown if a work order is created against an invalid Trade Coverage
